Our Ethos

The Clinic's ethos is based on the belief that functional movement is central to the meaning of being healthy, therefore we see exercise rehabilitation as an important aspect to your recovery plan ensuring you spend as little time as possible on the treatment table and get you active again.

We know that all active adults want to get back to their exercise routine as soon as possible, therefore we tailor our support plans to include a combination of therapy, massage and exercise rehabilitation which promotes ongoing activity both in our sessions and when you are at home.

We ensure we complete Root Cause Analysis with you to ensure that we are not only treating your current aches, pains and injuries but identifying and correcting the cause of these.  This is to ensure you stay symptom free after you leave us.

Our goal is to provide optimum, effective and successful treatment of your symptoms while helping you to prevent future injuries.

Sports Therapy

Sports Therapy is a science-based profession regarding an aspect of healthcare that is concerned with the prevention of injury and the rehabilitation of the patient back to optimum levels of functional, occupational and sports specific fitness, regardless of age and ability.

Sports therapy can be used to treat any acute or chronic condition affecting muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and nerves anywhere in the body. It doesn't matter what the cause, trauma, age related degenerative changes, arthritis, bad posture, sport etc - all ages can benefit from treatment and advice.
